Request an RMA
Contact our support team with your order number and model number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Package Securely
Place the item in a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.
Receive Refund
